Ghar Mein Dakhil Hone ki Dua

Dua For Entering the House – Ghar Mein Dakhil Hone ki Dua
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ الْمَوْلَجِ وَخَيْرَ الْمَخْرَجِ، بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَلَجْنَا وَبِسْمِ اللَّهِ خَرَجْنَا وَعَلَى اللَّهِ رَبِّنَا تَوَكَّلْنَا
Transliteration
Allahumma inni as’aloka khairul maulaji wa khairul makhraji bismillahi walajna wa bismillahi kharajna wa alallahy rabbina tawakkalna
English Translation
O Allah! I ask Thee for good both when entering and when going out; in the name of Allah we have entered, and in the name of Allah we have gone out, and in Allah or Lord do we trust.
Urdu Translation
اے اللہ ! میں تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں کہ ( ہمارا ) آنا خیر کا ہو اور نکلنا ( بھی ) خیر کا ہو ۔ اللہ کے نام سے ہم داخل ہوئے اور اللہ ہی کے نام سے باہر نکلے اور اپنے رب اللہ پر ہم نے توکل کیا
Hindi Translation
हे भगवान, मैं आपसे सबसे अच्छे प्रवेश और सबसे अच्छे रास्ते के बारे में पूछता हूं। भगवान के नाम पर हमने प्रवेश किया और भगवान के नाम पर हमने छोड़ दिया, और भगवान के नाम पर हमारे भगवान हमारे

Narrated Abu Malik Al-Ashari: The Prophet (SAW) said: When a man goes into his house, he should say: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ الْمَوْلَجِ وَخَيْرَ الْمَخْرَجِ، بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَلَجْنَا وَبِسْمِ اللَّهِ خَرَجْنَا وَعَلَى اللَّهِ رَبِّنَا تَوَكَّلْنَا He should then greet his family.

حضرت ابومالک اشعری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے ‘ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ جب آدمی اپنے گھر میں داخل ہونے لگے تو چاہیے کہ یہ دعا پڑھے : «( اللهم ! إني أسألك خير المولج وخير المخرج بسم الله ولجنا وبسم الله خرجنا وعلى الله ربنا توكلنا )» ’’ اے اللہ ! میں تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں کہ ( ہمارا ) آنا خیر کا ہو اور نکلنا ( بھی ) خیر کا ہو ۔ اللہ کے نام سے ہم داخل ہوئے اور اللہ ہی کے نام سے باہر نکلے اور اپنے رب اللہ پر ہم نے توکل کیا ۔‘‘ پھر اپنے گھر والوں کو سلام کہے ۔‘‘

Dua is the way of asking Allah something. Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW) taught us specific words in Arabic for every dua. In Dua for entering home, we ask Allah for goodness, we enter our home in the name of Allah, we exit our home in the name of Allah we totally depend on Allah.
With these words, Allah’s goodness is added to our entering and leaving the home. And Allah’s blessings and help are always with us.
